A local-first, production-shaped demo of a multi-cafe ordering platform. It pairs a React Native customer app — GPS-based cafe discovery, in-app ordering, mock payments, and a dual-tier loyalty program — with a dashboard for cafe owners to manage orders, menus, and customers. Both apps run on a self-hosted Supabase stack, secured end-to-end with Row Level Security. The architecture is designed so future capabilities — in-store music selection, live cafe traffic indicators, real payment processing, and a dedicated staff app — and the eventual go-live migration can be added without restructuring the core system.
